It is shared with shipping carriers solely for the purpose of delivering your order. I may also share information if required to comply with legal or tax obligations. I never sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
I keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill your order and comply with legal and tax obligations. In most cases, this means retaining order information for up to seven years as required by U.S. tax law. After that period, information is securely deleted.

All Mayhem Threads orders are custom made just for you, which means your piece is created and prepared once your order comes in. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within our stated time frame on Etsy, but occasionally things may take an extra day or so during busy seasons.
Once your order ships, delivery times can vary depending on your location and your postal carrier. Some packages arrive lightning fast, while others take the scenic route - but don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking updates every step of the way through Etsy and the email on your account.

Return Policy FAQ – Mayhem Threads LLC
Because all Mayhem Threads items are custom made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges based on size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Each piece is created specifically for your order, so we want to make sure you love what you pick before checkout.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out right away. I’m always happy to make it right and will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact me immediately - changes are not guaranteed once the order begins processing.
My package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it.
Please check with your local post office or carrier first - they can often locate missing packages. After that, send me a message and I’ll help however I can.
